At Eolith, we aim to ensure that you and your little ones are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or request a refund, please follow our clear and straightforward process outlined below.
1. General Return and Refund Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@eolith.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Please include this RA number with your return shipment.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Attach the return shipping label provided in your RA email.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
2. Return Scenarios
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@eolith.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference. We will also cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@eolith.store with details of the incorrect product and your order number. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no additional cost. Return shipping costs for incorrect products will be covered by us.
- Unreceived Orders: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@eolith.store. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eolith.store. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process to return the item for a refund.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds for Returned Items: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange Requests: If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this in your return request. We will arrange for the replacement item to be sent once the original item is received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
